Who are we?

Successfully operating for 12 years, H&T is the leading real estate agency in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Gold Coast and Canberra, offering a full-service delivery of sales, leasing property management and now strata management. Constantly expanding, we are looking for an experienced Strata Manager to join this brand-new team in Sydney Head Office for the overall supervision of a portfolio of strata and community title management.

 

The Role: The essential duties and responsibilities:

Contribute to the development of social media content (WeChat, Weibo, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In and additional channels that may be deemed relevant)

Assist with ensuring consistent and up to date communication across marketing channels including print, web and social media

Coordinate marketing campaigns including database and content management, event planning and execution

Assist with post-event evaluation (including data metrics and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders)

Coordinate at-event requirements including AV, logistics, staffing, content, supplies, catering, guest speakers, etc

Assist with logistics related to sponsorships, including giveaways and promotional materials

Assist with PowerPoint presentations and other event-related collateral

Develop & maintain effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders

Perform other tasks or duties as required by management

 

To be considered for this role you will have:

Skills / Experience:

Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills

Strong creative writing skills and experience on Wechat, Weibo and other social media

Strong understanding of social media marketing

Ability to multitask, prioritise & manage time across campaigns

Intermediate computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Suite and email, photoshop

Exceptional attention to details

Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving environment

Exceptional verbal and written communication in Mandarin/Cantonese and English

Other Information:

A minimum of one year’s experience in managing social media platforms (Wechat)

Degree in Communications/Media/Marketing/Events Management preferred

Track record of previous social media articles

Experience in Wechat writing and event planning is highly preferred
